Planning, Design and Construction Monitoring
For this high profile project, DiDonato Associates was responsible for assistance in obtaining funding from the State Parks Department, project program development, preliminary design planning, final design, traffic analysis/study (both vehicular and pedestrian), bid documents, site, foundation, structural, and architectural. Also included was design and construction monitoring of cofferdam, sheet piling, 1/2 million yards of filling project along with building’s, boat slips and all the site work, electrical, water supply and sanitary sewers to accommodate boaters.
The Marina consists of the following:
- 200 slip dock facility
- Observation Tower
- Restaurant
- Parking and Boat Launching
- Landscaping
